Hauʻoli Makahiki Hou (Happy New Years) 2020
When should I arrive for my appointment?
To make the most of your lomi experience and support the benefits of your treatment, FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY, please arrive a minimum of 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled lomi session. This will allow for me to meet/greet, go over the intake form with you, answer any questions I may have or you may have, understanding my lomi practice policy, and your signed signature before we begin.
What should I wear?
This is a matter of personal preference, and I will never compromise your modesty. During a lomi treatment you will be properly draped for ensured privacy. Some customers choose to leave their undergarments on/wear surf shorts. Lomi Practitioner will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time. Sheets are mandatory at all times.
What if I have special health concerns?
Please advise Me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatments when making your reservation and on the intake form. First time guests will be asked to complete a Intake form prior to receiving any treatments. Communication with your service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized care. All information is confidential.
Lomi are offered to children ages 16 and older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please help us to maintain the serenity of the lomi session by refraining from using your cell phone while enjoying your lomi session.
Please allow 24 hours’ notice of changes or cancellations to avoid being charged the full amount of your appointment. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept all major credit cards (credit card fee), gift card, spa finder gift cards, apple pay, venmo, cash app and cash.
