The word Aloha in Hawaiian can mean many things. However, in the most simplistic sense, and how it relates to our Lomi, it is love. That is the intention that comes through our practitioners hands.
Not all Lomi is created equal! With that said, it is important to know from what lineage your practitioner has received their Lomi training.

Lomi ili ili hot stones (Pohaku) are used to relax muscles more deeply. Traditionally, used as an extension of the practitioners hand and helps relax the muscles.
Hydrotherapy Hot Towel lomi massage helps with chronic pain in a natural and soothing way. Heat can help relieve tense muscles and help reduce inflammation. Hydrotherapy techniques can be used in a variety of ways to help you achieve the best results possible and relief of aches/pain.
