Aloha! Welcome to
Hale ʻO Lomi Ola

Which means, "House of Healing Lomi" in Hawaiian.

About Us

Mana Lomi (Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi)

The foundation of our practice is based on natural healing methods, including traditional Hawaiian bodywork therapy, also known as Mana Lomi.

Hale 'O Lomi Ola is home to the only Certified Mana Lomi Practitioners in the state of Arizona, and the only Lomi Practitioners in the state who are members of the Hawai'i Lomilomi Association.

Practitioners with Aloha (Love)

The word Aloha in Hawaiian can mean many things. However, in the most simplistic sense, and how it relates to our Lomi, it is love. That is the intention that comes through our practitioners hands.

Authenticity

Not all Lomi is created equal! With that said, it is important to know from what lineage your practitioner has received their Lomi training. All our practitioners have received their Mana Lomi training from Dr. Maka'ala Yates D.C.

Our Services

Mana Lomi (Native Hawaiian Lomi)

Mana Lomi is based on native Hawaiian concepts, working with the mind, body, and soul. It is a deep, yet non invasive, powerful hands on healing massage that connects energetically down to the bones.

Hapa'i Massage (Mommies to be)

Pregnancy massage include reduced back/joint pain, improved circulation, muscle tension, & headaches. This is a sideline & face up for a short period of time. Light to medium touch. Please notify your physician prior to your massage.

Special Promotion for November

Hauʻoli Lā Hoʻomaikaʻi

Nowemapa (November) is usually the month that brings the year to a "Soon to be, closing of the year", Holidays are in progress, spending time with Ohana (family) over delicious meals and just being "THANKFUL" for all the goodness that surrounds us.

I would like to share with you some traditions that we practice in Hawai'i:

  • The Hawaiian way to greet someone is with a kiss on the cheek and a nice hug.
  • Always remember to remove your shoes before entering someone's house.
  • When you are invited over to someone's house for a get together, don't show up empty handed. Pick up a dessert or another food dish on the way!
  • It is considered a kind gesture to bring back gifts from a trip for friends or family.
  • SPAM is widely consumed in Hawaii
  • Thanksgiving is celebrated Hawaiian-style. It's not just about the turkey. You'll find a wide array of multi-cultural dishes similar to what's featured at other gatherings and celebrations.
  • And last but, not least. Thanking the people that helped you along your journey of where you are today!!

I am humbly grateful, blessed, and very thankful to all of you for helping me to get to where I am today. As well as my new friends that just became a part of my ohana, and to those that I will be meeting soon - Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo for your support as a new small business owner!

For the month of November I would love to offer a special deal for you, please feel free to share with your friends/family. This is my ALOHA to all of you and everyone I will encounter.
